Main features of 3WPZ-2000Y (G4) product:
1. The first hydraulic type of ground clearance is 1.4-1.9m adjustable, and the hydraulic type of wheel track is 2.6-3.3m adjustable, which is suitable for operation with different row spacing of crops.
2. The machine is applicable to the whole process plant protection operation of high and low straw crops such as corn, soybean, wheat, cotton, sunflower, sorghum, etc.
3. The industrial design is fashionable and beautiful. The whole vehicle operating system is verified according to ergonomics, with reasonable structure and spacious and comfortable driving space.
4. Humanized design, fully sealed cab with air conditioner, improves the comfort of operators and reduces the toxicity of pesticides to operators.
5. The spraying range of 20 meters is high in operation efficiency, and the hydraulic drive pump has strong pressure. The stainless steel spray body is used, and the atomization of multiple types of nozzles is uniform.
6. 160 horsepower supercharged engine, with abundant power and strong output torque, can directly work in the field after rain.
7. The brand new independent high-end double reduction overhead hydraulic drive bridge, with 1.75m wide pneumatic tires, has stable performance and can adapt to various harsh environments for self rescue.
8. The overall structure adopts Z-shaped design, with a lower center of gravity, which reduces the potential rollover hazard. The front and rear weights are evenly distributed, and the driving trafficability is better.
9. The spray bar adopts manganese steel triangular frame design, with five sections of hydraulic expansion, convenient and fast, reasonable and stable structure, and reduces the deformation and fracture of the spray bar.
10. The spray bar buffer balance device is equipped with electronic balance. The spray bar swing is designed with telescopic high elastic tension spring. The main spray frame has a double oil cylinder structure, which greatly enhances the stability.
11. The machine frame and bearing parts are made of manganese steel and coated with electrophoretic baking paint, so the bearing and anti-corrosion effects are better.
