Main features of the 3WPZ-2000D (G4) product:
1. With a minimum ground clearance of 1.4 meters, it is suitable for comprehensive plant protection operations on high-stem crops such as corn, soybeans, cotton, and sorghum.
2. The front-mounted, hydraulically lifted air-conditioned cab offers a wide field of vision for enhanced safety; the cab features an integrated, intelligent aviation-style cockpit with ample interior space for greater comfort; the vehicle body is equipped with a shock‑absorbing balancing system to improve operator comfort.
3. Hydraulic motor drive for travel, with high‑ and low‑speed switching; 120‑horsepower engine delivers ample power.
4. A 2,000-liter chemical tank with a spray width of over 20 meters, equipped as standard with an automatic mixing system, ideal for large-scale crop protection operations in farmland.
5. Equipped with a high‑flow imported diaphragm pump driven by hydraulics, delivering stable and powerful pressure; featuring high‑pressure dual jet mixing to reduce sedimentation of the chemical solution; utilizing a three‑rotating spray nozzle for convenient switching and more uniform atomization across multiple nozzle models.
6. Rear-mounted spray boom with cylinder angle adjustment and a cushioning balancing mechanism; the main spray frame features a dual-cylinder design for enhanced stability.
7. Equipped with a self‑developed, seventh‑generation high‑end dual‑reduction hydraulic drive axle ranging from 2.25 to 2.6 meters in adjustable width, this system can adapt to varying row spacings for different crops, enabling fully autonomous and customizable operations. The tires feature a 1.4‑meter diameter, 22‑centimeter wide, high‑profile, heavy‑duty pneumatic tire with enhanced traction, perfectly suited for demanding field conditions.
8. The entire machine platform features a Z-shaped design with a lower center of gravity, reducing the risk of rollovers and ensuring more stable driving performance due to even front‑to‑rear weight distribution.
9. The entire machine frame and load-bearing components are made of manganese steel and finished with a baked powder coating, offering superior load capacity and corrosion resistance while effectively extending the machine’s service life.
10. It can autonomously switch between two-wheel and four-wheel drive, enhancing safety at high speeds while minimizing damage to crops.
11. Increase the fuel tank capacity for longer operation times; come standard with a pesticide mixing bracket and a hydraulically foldable ladder, making it safe and convenient to get on and off the vehicle while reducing damage to crops during operations.
12. Optional precise flow control and an advanced navigation system make pesticide application easier and the machine smarter.
