The appearance of the 3WPZ-1300A self-propelled dual-use spray bar spray has not only won the favor of experts, professors and dealers, but also attracted many peers to visit and learn. The products of Shandong Xiangrui in this exhibition all carry the sixth generation drive axle and gearbox independently developed by the company. The drive axle has the advantages of better material, higher gear accuracy, better bearing grade, more complete processing and heat treatment processes than other manufacturers, and the whole system is equipped with differential locks, which can be applied to various paddy and dry fields with worse working conditions. The gearbox is also new and independently designed. The synchronizer shift structure of domestic plant protection machines has clear disc brakes and gears, and the brakes are sensitive, reaching the automotive level. The overall structure of the whole machine has also been optimized. Through ergonomic verification, the structure is reasonable, maintenance is convenient, driving space is spacious and comfortable, and the center of gravity and speed ratio of the whole machine have also reached a better match.
Shandong Xiangrui products were unanimously recognized by dealers and users in this exhibition. More than 20 dealers were signed on site, nearly 100 intended dealers, and three well-known domestic brands of plant protection machines expressed their intention of subsequent OEM. The foreign customers also highly recognized it. Customers from Italy, India, Malaysia, Vietnam and South Korea came to the booth for detailed consultation. They ordered two sets of machines on site, and two customers decided to visit the company in November and December respectively.
