Main features of 3WPZ-700L (G4) product:
1. The minimum ground clearance is 1.05m, which is suitable for the whole process plant protection operation of wheat, rice, soybean, vegetable and other crops.
2. The industrial design is fashionable and beautiful. The whole vehicle operating system is verified according to ergonomics, with reasonable structure and spacious and comfortable driving space.
3. The spraying range of 18m is high in operation efficiency, and the hydraulic drive pump has strong pressure. The stainless steel spray body is used, and the atomization of multiple types of nozzles is uniform.
4. New independent high-end double reduction drive axle, front and rear differential locks, 1.4m diameter pneumatic tires, with stable performance, adapt to various harsh environments and facilitate self rescue.
5. The ordinary and new 12 speed synchronizer transmissions (optional) have clear gears, flexible control, and more speed linkage between gears, greatly improving the operating efficiency.
6. The overall structure adopts Z-shaped design, with a lower center of gravity, which reduces the potential rollover hazard. The front and rear weights are evenly distributed, and the driving trafficability is better.
7. The whole system is equipped with a boom buffer balance device as standard. The boom swing is designed with a telescopic high elastic tension spring. The main spray frame has a double oil cylinder structure, which greatly enhances the stability.
8. The spray bar adopts triangular frame design made of manganese steel, with reasonable and stable structure to reduce the deformation and fracture of the spray bar.
9. The machine frame, spray bar and other bearing parts are made of manganese steel and coated with electrophoretic paint. The bearing and anti-corrosion effects are better.
